Four foods that prevent Anemia naturally
1. Dry raisins:
Eating dry raisins can prevent Anemia. Anemia is caused due to lack of Vitamin-B and lack of Vitamin D lowers your blood level. You can increase haemoglobin by consuming plenty of iron rich black raisins. Take 8-10 black raising and soak them in water overnight. Consume the soaked raisins in the morning before eating anything with empty stomach. Consuming this soaked raisins will definitely prevent Anemia.

2. Amla and jamun:
Mix one tablespoon of jamun juice and one tablespoon of Amla juice in a glass of water. Consume this mixture early in the morning with empty stomach. The antioxidant properties that are present in amla helps in cleaning the blood. Such cleaning of blood helps to work faster.

3. Fig:
Fig contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, calcium, iron, phosphorous, manganese, sodium, potassium and chlorine. Soak two-three figs in water overnight. Consume the soaked figs in the morning with empty stomach. This will help you to increase your haemoglobin level in body.

Beetroot has proved to be very beneficial to increase the haemoglobin level in body. The amount of blood sugar present in the body can be brought to adequate levels by consuming beetroot daily. You can also consume beetroot juice mixed with carrot and pomogranate seeds. This will help in reducing Anemia.
