Foods that are healthy to maintain a healthy life
Healthy life always revolves around healthy food intake. There is a saying "You reflect what you eat".
Never ever treat your stomach as a bin,instead worship it with intake of good and healthy food.
It is hard to immediately switch your food habbits, especially if you are a big foodie for the junk food. In this case you can have your weekends as a cheat days. Always make you mind not to attract the bad food.
So, start the week from Monday and have more fresh roots, vegetables and greens in the breakfast and lunch. And also add green peas, kidney beans and chick peas in the dinner either boiled with seasoning or in the form of curries.
Get the habbit of having egg whites in the morning and milk with jaggery before bed in the night.
You can have chicken ,cooked with very less oil and sea food of your wish once in a week.
Try and avoid meat as much as possible or you can have it once in a month but not more than that. Do not prefer junks like burgers,pizzas and pastas frequently.

Add sweet corn, boil ground nuts sprouts as a snacks in the evenings.Also make sure you have water rich fruits like muskmelon, water melon, pineapple, grapes, papaya etc.
