Almonds are rich in vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber and have many health benefits. Only a few almonds (about 1 ounce) contain one-eighth of our daily protein needs.

They found that people who consumed large amounts of peanuts, walnuts and almonds had a 2-3 times reduction in breast cancer risk.
6) Almond helps to control weight
Because almonds have low levels of carbohydrates and high levels of protein and fiber, almonds can help people stay full for a long time. This has the potential to reduce the overall calorie intake.
