Very Tasty And Healthy - Carrot And Coconut Halwa.
- Carrots - 150grams, sugar - 2 cups, grated coconut - 100grams, milk - 100ml, ghee - 1/4cup, cardamom powder - half spoon, badam - 10, pistachios - 10, cashewnuts -10.
- Grate coconut and carrots and keep aside. Chop all the nuts, take a pan, add 4spoons of ghee, add all the nuts, fry them and keep aside. In the same ghee, add grated coconut, carrot and fry.
- After five minutes, add milk and cook the mixture by placing a lid. Cook for at least 10minutes, until milk was absorbed. Then add sugar, and cook until thick consistency forms.
- Add elaichi powder, ghee, and nuts. Halwa is ready.
