According to some research rice is the food which digests fast and it is more digestive as compared to wheat.If you eat rice daily then too it will not cause you any harm, it is more digestive and you will get proper energy as well. Even rice will help you to reduce weight.
So don't think of the myths related to rice and eat it with joy.
