There can be many reasons for joint pain. Such as injuries and allergies or infections. We are telling you some methods by which you can get rid of joint pain completely.
Mix teaspoon turmeric in 1-glass warm water and drink it at night. If you want, you can also add a little honey to it. Boil 2 cups of water and drink it by adding 1/2 tsp ginger and turmeric. This will provide great comfort.
Grind cumin seeds, black pepper and ginger. Eat 1/2 teaspoon of this mixture with water. Do consume it thrice a day.
Cook the onion with roots and eat it as a salad. Be sure to eat raw onions with your meal
