Recipe of making delicious Soya shami kabab
Ingredients:-
- Soya chunks ( soaked in hot water). 250 gram
- Chana dal (soaked). 100 gram
- Garam masala. 2 teaspoons
- Green coriander leaves (chopped). 1 teaspoons
- Onion (chopped). 1 & 1/2 cup
- Red chilli powder. 1 teaspoon
- Green chilli (chopped). 2 teaspoons
- Salt. as per taste
- Oil. for frying
- Lemon rings & a green chili. for decoration
Recipe:-
Take soaked soya chunks & soaked gram dal in a cooker , add garam masala, green coriander leaves, onions , red chilli powder & green chillies & cook it for 5 minutes. When it is cooked, grind it finely, add onion , green chilli & green coriander leaves in it & mix it well. Knead it into dough & make tikkis of kabab shape & put them on a hot pan & fry on both sides in a little oil. When it turns golden brown on both sides, take them out on a plate. Serve hot after decorating green chili & lemon rings.......
