Roast onion - half a cup,

Cumin - half a teaspoon,
Clover - teaspoon,
Pepper - teaspoon,
Cinnamon - two inch -

Finely Chopped Cashews - 20 g.,

Preparation:
► First soak the millmaker in water for twenty minutes. I have to grind it fine.
In a mixer jar, grind together the tail pepper, shahajira, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, cumin, lentils, six almonds, oats, wheat germ and sesame seeds.
Put the cooker bowl on the stove and add ghee. Heat ghee and add cashews, pistachios, almonds and green chillies and fry for a minute.
Slowly mix the onion, ginger garlic paste and finely grinded meal maker mixture.
Now add yoghurt, milk, rose petals, cilantro, mint, salt to taste, add a little water, add the powdered spice mixture and cook on a low flame till three whistles.
Finely grind the cooked mixture and add lemon juice and enough salt to taste.
