Semia - 250 grams
Makhana - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp

Milk - 250 grams

Cashews - finely chopped
Cardamom - 4-5 (dry)

How to make Sheer Kurma ..

Heat ghee in a pan before making sheer kurma. Keep the flame low at this point.
Once it is hot add the yams and fry.
Remove them after frying.
Now prepare the syrup.
To make sugar syrup .. Heat sugar and water in a pan.
When the syrup is ready .. add the fried vermicelli to it.
See vermicelli mix well in syrup. Pour milk in it and boil on low flame.
Remember to boil until the milk thickens. When it boils .. Turn off the gas.
Now put the fried yalaks on top of it. Take your kimami vermicelli is ready. Now serve hot.

Vegetarian Haleem Making

Ingredients:

Roast onion - half a cup, 
Salt - to taste, 
Milk - a cup, 
Gaelic paste - a tablespoon, 
Rose petals - a cup, 
Greens - five, 
ghee - two tablespoons, 
Wheat flour - half a cup, 
Oats - a quarter cup, 
Almonds - six. , 
Green lentils - teaspoon, 
Red lentils - teaspoon, 
Cilantro - teaspoon, 
Fennel - teaspoon, 
Sesame - teaspoon, 
Cumin - half a teaspoon, 
Clover - teaspoon, 
Pepper - teaspoon, 
Cinnamon - two inch - 
Yolks, jars Teaspoon, 
Peppers - teaspoon, 
Yogurt - half a cup, 
coriander leaves - tbsp, 
Mint leaves - tbsp, 
Finely Chopped Cashews - 20 g., 
Pistachio nuts - 20 g., 
Almonds - 20 g., 
Millmaker - 100 g., 
Lemon juice - teaspoon.

Preparation:
► First soak the millmaker in water for twenty minutes. I have to grind it fine.

In a mixer jar, grind together the tail pepper, shahajira, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, cumin, lentils, six almonds, oats, wheat germ and sesame seeds.

Put the cooker bowl on the stove and add ghee. Heat ghee and add cashews, pistachios, almonds and green chillies and fry for a minute.

Slowly mix the onion, ginger garlic paste and finely grinded meal maker mixture.

Now add yoghurt, milk, rose petals, cilantro, mint, salt to taste, add a little water, add the powdered spice mixture and cook on a low flame till three whistles.

Finely grind the cooked mixture and add lemon juice and enough salt to taste.

The preparation is special ....
Halim preparation is unique throughout compared to traditional dishes. 
This will take at least 9 hours. 
It uses mutton or chicken, wheat, all legumes, basmati rice, ghee, garlic paste, onion, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, coriander, oil, dried fruits etc. 
First mix the meat and water in a bowl and cook well. 
Then add wheat, basmati rice, pulses, ginger paste, spices, green chillies and mash well. Ghee is added in equal proportions. 
Hot fried onions, served on a porcelain plate with a slice of lemon. 
Chicken Haleem is also known as Haris. 
Halim is not tasty. Very good for health. 
The nutrients in it are good for the body. 
One cup of halim provides 365 calories and 150 calories from fat.

This study was completed and led by Auriel Willette, who is an assistant professor of Food Science and Human Nutrition, and Brandon Klinedinst, a Neuroscience Ph.D. candidate in Food Science and Human Nutrition. The study focused on data collected from 1,787 adults from the United Kingdom. It was collected through the UK Biobank, a biomedical database that contains genetic and health information from half a million participants. Through a Fluid Intelligence Test, the participants answered questions that analyzed their ability to “think of the fly.” These tests were administered from 2012 to 2013, and then repeated again in 2015 and 2016. The general database that these participants were pulled from have helped create a baseline of research for progress in some of the most life threatening diseases.
